By accessing or using OSOK Life ("the Service"), operated by OSOK Life LLC, a California limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OSOK Life is a life efficiency platform that provides tools and AI-powered assistance across multiple domains, including but not limited to:
The Service is in active development (Beta). Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
Account authentication is provided by Clerk, a third-party authentication service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
OSOK Life provides free, unrestricted access to all consumer-tier features for verified U.S. veterans and active duty military personnel. Verification is handled through ID.me, a third-party identity verification service. OSOK Life does not access, store, or process your military records, service history, or government-issued identification documents. We receive only a verification status (verified or not verified) from ID.me.
The Service may connect to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky) on your behalf through industry-standard OAuth authentication. By connecting these platforms, you authorize the Service to post and upload content to your accounts within the scope of permissions you grant. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately deletes the associated access tokens from our systems.
The Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide guidance, generate content, and assist with various tasks. AI-generated content and guidance are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional legal, medical, financial, or tax advice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it complies with each platform's terms of service and all applicable laws.

OSOK Life may offer paid subscription tiers and one-time purchases. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies will be presented at the time of purchase. Free-tier access to core tools will always remain available.
OSOK Pro is a separate service tier for agencies, law firms, and professional service providers. Professional-tier features (including but not limited to claim packet generation, client workflow tools, and bulk processing) are not available to consumer users and require separate authorization and verification.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OSOK Life LLC and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OSOK Life LLC and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
