X-Ray gets a subject wrong in three different ways, and they need three different fixes: she mishears a name, she misspells or mispronounces it, or she makes up facts about it. Type a sentence and this shows exactly what she does with it — including the parts she deliberately refuses to guess at.
Nothing here is saved. Reminders are run as a dry run — you see the confirmation you would get, without one being set.
The spelling on your screen and the sound in your ear are separate on purpose. These names are written one way and spoken another — if the respelling ever reached the screen, the fix would read as a new bug.

Names are on file. Attributes — class, weapon, faction, rarity, stats — mostly are not, and are marked as such. That marking is the point: an assistant that guesses a stat with the same confidence as a name is one nobody can trust about either.
