Output setup & diagnostics

X-Ray can connect output to a stream, but she cannot control OBS or verify what viewers ultimately hear.

Paste this into OBS as a Browser Source. Then right-click the source, Interact, click once inside it - browsers will not play audio until something is clicked.

Then UNTICK "Control audio via OBS" in the source properties. Unticked, her voice plays to your normal speakers and OBS can capture it once through Desktop Audio. Confirm the stream mix separately; this page cannot verify what viewers actually hear.

Do NOT use Audio Monitoring. Ticking "Control audio via OBS" and setting "Monitor and Output" makes OBS mix her voice twice a few milliseconds apart, which sounds like a flanged studio effect on stream. Asti hit exactly that on 2026-08-17.
